Colonel John Helm was a racer, Crew Chief, Fan, and a great person. The Helm family has supported racing and Valley Speedway is going to Celebrate the Colonel who started it all. This will be a WAR series Missouri and Illinois border war with $2,000 to win each night and a $500 bonus If someone can win both nights.
