MUFFLERS ARE MANDATORY AT VALLEY SPEEDWAY
 
                                         DRIVERS ARE REQUIRED TO RUN THE SHOENFELD #112535 SHORT MUFFLER OR THE SHOENFELD #609. 
                       THE MUFFLER MUST BE SECURED IN SUCH A FASHION THAT IT DOES NOT COME OFF DURING RACES ON THE SPEEDWAY
