Wesley Smith is 'King of Kansas City'

(Grain Valley, MO) -- Wesley Smith is "King of Kansas City." Smith, driving the Helm No. 12, started third and outran pole sitter Jack Wagner to win Saturday night's Valley Non-Wing feature at Valley Speedway. Quinton Benson was third.
